Does it count as a resolution if you make it a week after the new year?

Because I have one. I resolutionate to start a web comic before the end of the year.

The premise? Two brothers explore their strange and often crazy world filled with giant monsters that need taming, and bad guys that need putting down. Also, they're giant robots.

As the year progresses, I'll be giving updates as to the status of how this goes. Everything from scripting to registering a website.
